Products and access
ExHentai and basic accounts are sold to one buyer only and never resold. Basic accounts do not include ExHentai access. Shared Cookies are for trial use, may expire at any time and have no support coverage for expiry. Installing a client or connecting a proxy does not grant access.
Payment and redemption
A product code can be redeemed once for its matching product. Follow the network, token, address and amount on the current cryptocurrency invoice. Delivery is arranged after payment confirmation. Creating an order does not complete payment. Check product and seller details when buying through an external shop.
Delivery and support
Delivery timing and coverage follow the product description and support agreement at purchase. Use an email address you can access and keep delivery details safe. Contact support with order information for missing deliveries or account issues. Donation services are confirmed after processing as agreed; clarify other support questions before payment.
Clients and external services
Our download page offers original, unmodified release files of EhViewer and other clients, checked against the upstream releases by file size and SHA-256. Each project develops and maintains its own software; its license, compatibility, updates and installation follow the project’s instructions. We do not provide installation or signing services for iOS clients such as EhPanda. Installing a client does not grant ExHentai access. Third-party software and external platforms are operated by their respective providers. Follow their rules; contact our support for questions about your shop order.
