Third-party services
Payment and email providers process information necessary for their services. External payment and client project pages follow their own privacy policies. Delivered account passwords are not submitted to payment providers as payment information.
Retention and choices
Visit and usage statistics are cleared after a period of time. Order and support information is kept as needed for delivery, support and necessary obligations. Contact support to request access, corrections or deletion. Information needed for unresolved orders, disputes or obligations is handled after that purpose ends.
AI support
When AI reception is enabled, public help and necessary new chat content, filtered and redacted, are processed by entrusted technical service providers to answer your questions. Do not submit passwords, Cookies, redemption codes, keys or unrelated sensitive information. Those services process and retain necessary information under their applicable terms; immediate deletion is not guaranteed. We do not automatically use your chats to train models. You can request a human agent in the same conversation or contact support about data handling and privacy requests. AI processing records are normally kept for 30 days and service usage summaries for 90 days. Order and support records follow the retention information above.
