EHViewer & ExHentai Errors: Blank Screen, Sad Panda and igneous

Clear the failed session

In a browser, clear site data for e-hentai.org, exhentai.org and forums.e-hentai.org, then sign in again with a clean European or US endpoint. Save the password before clearing data.

Fix the app session

Enable global proxy mode. In SXJ Settings → Advanced, turn off built-in hosts, domain fronting and secure DNS. Choose Web login, then select EX. Changing the endpoint alone does not refresh an invalid igneous value. Account login steps.

Browser works, app verification fails

Update the Android System WebView implementation used by the phone, close and reopen EHViewer, then retry web login. If the system cannot update WebView, log in to EX in a browser and import its three valid Cookie values. Contact support.

Access still fails

Test the same endpoint on EH. For an explicit IP ban, stop batch requests and follow the wait period; a shared abusive endpoint should be replaced. An ordinary EH account sold here has no EX access. For a delivered EX account that still fails after these steps, contact support with the order number, app version, exact error and browser result.
